What happens if one of the items received is damaged?

We are so sorry if this happens!  All orders are packaged with care.  However, feel free to Contact Us if any issues arise during the shipping process.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.  US orders generally arrive within 4-6 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time....but soon!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once the order has left us, you will be emailed a tracking number which can be used to track your order.

How to return an order?

Not satisfied? Return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Contact Us for more details on how to return your order, or you may Request a Return.  Items purchased at our Brick & Mortar locations are not returnable and considered final sale.

Customer is liable for all shipping charges in the event of a returned order.  J. Finds Mercantile does not cover return shipping charges unless you received an incorrect or damaged item from our end.  In addition, shipping charges will not be included in refunds or store credit.

Submit a return request:  Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return. If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

As long as the order has not shipped, Contact Us to cancel your order.

What payment method can I use for my purchase?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
